Shipping policy

Thank you for putting your trust in British Bundles. We are committed to providing our customers with quality products and efficient delivery services. Please read our shipping policy below to learn more about our shipping methods, delivery times, and fees.

Delivery Times

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order, but the delivery time may vary depending on your location and your chosen shipping method at checkout. Here are our average transit times:

  • British Columbia: 2 to 7 business days
  • Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta: 2 to 6 business days
  • Newfoundland & Labrador: 3 to 8 business days
  • Ontario: 1 to 4 business days
  • PEI, Nova Scotia & New Brunswick: 2 to 5 business days
  • Quebec: 2 to 4 business days
  • Territories: 5 to 10 business days

Please note that we process all orders from Monday through Thursday, usually within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any order received after 12 pm will be processed the following business day, and all orders placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday, except for holidays, which would then become the following business day.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is free on orders over $150 before taxes, excluding the territories NU, NT, or YT. For orders under $150, the following flat rates apply:

  • British Columbia: $20
  • Manitoba, Saskatchewan & Alberta: $23
  • Newfoundland & Labrador: $25
  • Ontario: $15
  • PEI, Nova Scotia & New Brunswick: $25
  • Quebec: $20
  • Territories: $30

We also offer priority flat rate shipping at checkout for those who wish to receive their items in 1-2 business days.

PO Box Shipments

We can ship to PO boxes, but please note that these shipments may take longer to arrive than our average transit times. Please refer to the "Delivery Times" section above for estimated delivery times.

International Shipping

We currently only ship across Canada. We plan to include the United States and possibly some other countries at a later time.

Seasonal Shipping

Please note that certain products may be at risk of melting or freezing during transit in extreme hot or cold weather. We take precautions to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition, but we cannot control the conditions that may affect your shipment. Therefore, we are not responsible for any melting or freezing that may occur.

If you are ordering chocolate products during hot weather or products that could suffer from freezing during cold weather like liquid products, please consider the weather conditions and shipping destination before placing your order. Upgrading to priority shipping for an additional cost may also help, but we cannot guarantee that your products will not melt or freeze during transit. This is Canada.

To limit the chances of your shipment sitting dormant on a truck outside all weekend, we only process orders from Monday through Thursday.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters, as we strive to ensure the best possible delivery experience for all of our customers.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. We use Shopify Shipping for all our orders. Please note that we only ship from Ontario to the rest of Canada, and not to any other countries.
