Absolutely! There are a few ways to receive coupon codes.The easiest and fastest way is to join our newsletter (Are We Friends Yet?) in the footer of every page, and automatically receive 5% off your first order. Sign up and be the first to hear when we add new products, when your favourited items are back in stock and when an item you like is put on sale.You'll also need an account to be able to redeem any coupons through our rewards program. Watch for your authentication email, create your account, sign in and click the "Rewards" button at the bottom right of the page and click "Get Rewards".Your points and coupon codes can be applied and redeemed without having to leave the site, but once you redeem a reward, you'll also be sent an email containing your promo code to be used on another visit if you end up skipping it this time around.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Any order received after 12pm will be processed the following business day, and all orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday, except for on holidays which would then become the following business day.

We primarily ship across Canada, but we can now ship certain items to the United States. Availability may vary depending on the product. We plan to expand to more countries in the future.

If we can find it, then Definitely!We encourage you to help us as we build our inventory up as it would be impossible for us as a small family run business to have everything available and in stock.We've built a "Suggest A Product" feature into our site and you can find that right in the top main menu or hamburger menu if you're on a mobile device. When will a product be back in stock?

You'll need to sign up for an account to be able to take advantage of wishlists.Anywhere you see the heart on a product listing, give it a click and add it to a wishlist. You can create multiple wishlists, making it easier for you to stay organized and helping you find your favourites the next time you visit the site. When an item in one of your wishlists is on sale or back in stock, you will be notified by email.

We do our best to always ship products with at least 2 months left on the best before date.Please Note: Best before dates are not displayed the same on U.K. items as an item produced for Canada. The best before dates for all of our British products will be displayed as dd/mm/yyyy as opposed to mm/dd/yyyy."Best Before" vs "Expiry Date"Manufacturers recommend a "best before" date as the optimal time to consume their products for maximum freshness. However, consuming the product after this date is at your own discretion and may pose some risks, as the quality and nutritional value of the product cannot be guaranteed.When a product reaches its "expiry date", it is considered a potential health hazard and should not be consumed.

Whether or not you have an account with us, all customers can "earn" reward points but in order to "redeem" points, you need to create an account. Simply click the "Login" button in the main header on desktop or in the hamburger menu on mobile or tablet.If you have placed an order in the past without an account, please create an account using the same email you used to place that order, you'll then be able to access all points earned from previous purchases.Please keep in mind that the points earned are linked to the email address used for your previous purchases.You can read more about our Rewards program on the Rewards Page.
